Always quality food and friendly service

Place an order online to pickup at 430. Got there 10 minutes before order wasn't even in the oven yet got told I'd have to wait 20 minutes. 2nd time I've order from this location and same issue happened the first time. Last time I order from this location.

I walked into store to place my order and stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes. No body never would even look to see if any one was there.so I finally decided to leave and go some where that would take my order. I hope the manager of this place sees this.they are plenty of other pizza huts around .the other one In athens was very good and told me about the specials they have going onI will not be returning to that pizza hut.poor sevice.i wish there was a zero to give them.

Worse customer service ever. Always is. I'll go to dominoes from now on. I ordered on app, 2 pizzas and dessert. Waited more than the alotted time then went to the window, paud for it (since it clears off their timed order list) and then waited for 20 minutes at the window with no communication, noone telling us whats taking so long. Finally went inside, was made to wait another 20 minutes while the manager stood in the back watching. Then once i explained why i got tires of waitinf at the window she dexided to finally work on my order and after another 12 minutes ans several order corrections (just 2 pizzas) i was able to leave...and late for dinner.

Ordered my food online, website showed it would be ready at 5pm. I showed up and the rude cashier, "what's the name!" I gave my information. She said we haven't even started it yet give us about 15mins. 15 mins pass rude cashier left ended up waiting another 20 mins to even get my order. Pizzas were room temp at best. One of my pizzas was missing toppings. Very dissatisfied. If I would've read the reviews first never would've ordered.

Again they mess up my order and ruin the planned meals. Not reliable place to order food.

I like to give folks another chance if they mess things up or are slow, but gah, this place is consistently slow, consistently gets the order incorrect, pizzas not cut all the way and has terrible/slow service. There are other pizza places in town, I will go there in the future.

Business has gotten a lot better at this pizza hut on 72. Pizzas are coming out hotter and better than ever. Plus one of the pizza delivery guys are really fast and always kind. Definitely recommended.

I've called many times for delivery they either never answer or put you on hold. Never come back and never answer if you call back. Guess they don't need my busines . There's lots of pizza delivery. I'm done with pizza hut

Between the 2 locations in Athens, I prefer this one. I'm about equal distance between the 2. Not being an eat in location makes the service seem faster and better. I prefer pizza hut to domino's any day because domino's always messes my order up regardless of how I place my order. With pizza hut, I don't ever have an issue.

They just simply can't handle it.

Good food

My experience at the pizza hut on French Farms way in Athens Al. Is always pretty good the staff needs to be trained to be friendly! The one on highway31 north Athens needs to have friendly waitresses during the buffet hours. One in particular I don't know her name but very unfriendly. I don't go for buffet much anymore I feel uncomfortable!

They either take forever to deliver your food or they don't have it. This has happened on more than two occasions. Will not order from here again.

The diver lies and our order was wrong! The management is unprofessional also! I will never go back here (pizza hut)! I'll make sure that everyone I know will never eat their as well!

They were the worst pizza place I had to deal with. The delivery guy shows up late. Then when I give him a twenty he says he did not bring change. I take my pizza back to them to exchange for what I ordered and to get my no less wing and garlic bread, they do not answer me at the drive up window. They guy sees me sitting in my truck waiting. He just kept walking by till he could run the clock out and say we are closed. I hate when people act like this. Piss poor management skills from that guy. We never ordered from them again!

If vomiting and diarrhea are your idea of a good time stop on by for a large Pepperoni and Sausage pizza. For only 7.99 you too can make your night (and morning) absolutely miserable.

We love this place. Our waitress is amazing. She does the entire lunch rush all my herself. And does it well. High five to her. Her name is Mitzy. But 65 temp is to cold for a restaurant. It was freezing in there. Please turn the heat up. We like to come there but not when you freeze to eat.

I ordered 2 medium "pan" meat lovers pizza. Very simple order, which I had to repeat more than one time to Richard who answered the phone. He repeated it back to me and still got it wrong. Open the box and I have THIN CRUST! Not happy right now. The reason I order Pizza Hut is because of the crust, I hate thin crust! It's bad enough you have to wait, and then to get the wrong order doesn't sit well with me. It'll be a while before I order again.

Went to order delivery. I live inside city limits, 2.2 miles from the store. I see they dont deliver to my home so I call. A VERY RUDE girl answered. I asked if that was possible to deliver here she stated that she didnt know but I could order and she could put in my address and then tell. Me. I told her no, I'd have to take my business to someone who does deliver- little heifer HUNG UP. no thank you or I'm sorry or going yourself. Very disappointing. And they wonder why all eat in locations are being shut down. Hooe they expand their delivery area.. 2.2 miles and wont deliver. What a crock

One of the best Pizza Hut locations I have been to. Always an accurate order, and quick delivery or wait time. The pizza is always over the top

Good pizza, and friendly service. However, sometimes the pizzas appear to be served in a rush and as such the quality sometimes dips below my expectations, happening often enough to warrant this three-star review.

Low quality pizza due to not caring by employees. Will order from other store in town. Pizza not being cut all the way. Pizza stretch too thin causing crust to be hard. Stay away!

Love there food call themselves delivery but can't delivery 2.1 miles down road. Take delivery off if you can't delivery outside your parking lot

First I am told I could order then I get a phone call like 10 minutes later saying oh we cant deliver because your like 6 or 7 miles. I googled it and its exactly 5.2 miles. Within their radius. If your not happy being the delivery guy then nobody asked you to choose that field of work. Your job is to serve. Then to say cooperate downsized their range. We uaed to be able to deliver to Moorsville Rd and now we can't. I told him I can understand that direction its 10 minutes from my house and he says your just as far. 😒 I am on Compton Rd really....Athens restaurant's are going down.
